Whiskey stones,Marble,Granite,Limstone,Sandstone,Nano glass stone.Except whiskey stone,all materials can be big slabs,half slabs,tiles,countertops,sinks,steps & risers, windowsills columns,paving stone,cobble,kerbstone.

4. What is your lead time?

Whiskey stone will take 2 weeks once received the down payment. Slabs or tiles products normally take 1-2 weeks once have deposit.All products is depend on the quantity also.

5. Can I get a free sample first?

Yes.Sample is free with sending cost is on client.

6. How do I know your quality?

a,our factory has more than 10 years experience in stone processing with rich experience workers to audit every piece of stone when packing.

b,While checking every piece of material and packing will take high resolution photos comparison with approved samples to client let them know that delivery quality is same as the sample.

7. Can I get a door to door service?

Yes,we work with rich experience forwarder can offer excellent service of this.You just waiting in your home for your material.

8. What is your MOQ for tiles?

Normally MOQ is 50m2,but depend on what material sometimes have some stocks can be less than 50m2.Pls contact for more details.

What is your MOQ for whiskey stone?

Normally MOQ is 3000 sets,can be accept less than that if client accept the prices.

9. I'm a home owner and I need small quantity, what do I do?

Please check with our sales team if it's in stock or if we have distributor locally.

10. What if the tiles are broken during transition?

All our products are guaranteed by insurance, after sales will sort out the reasons and make sure you get properly compensated.

11. Can you make products from our designs?

Yes, we do OEM and OBM.

12. How to ship?

Normally is by sea this is most cheapest way,but can be by air if client is rush for the products.No matter which way,we have professional forwarder to work on it.

13. What is your payment term?

Payment amount <= USD1000 100% prepaid.

Payment>= USD1000 TT 50% down payment,50% before shipping or LC at sight.
